In line with the decree of Finance Minister of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1232/KMK.013/1989, jo. No 316/KMK.016/1994 and Implementation Direction of Developing Small Scale Business Entrepreneur  and Cooperative in Ministrial of Public Works Surrounding, Year 1992 No: UM.04.04 MN/500, PJT II has implemented The Program of Small Scale Businesses and Cooperatives Development Since 1991.
