Duties and Responsibilities of the Bureau of Planning
a. Delivering the proposed RJP and RKAP
b. Carrying out the proposed establishment of RKAP priorities
c. Organize the preparation RJAP and RKAP
d. Organize the preparation of RKT in coordination with Finance Bureau
e. Provide technical guidance implementation maintenance
f. Issuing technical recommendations for the implementation of business
g. Delivering the report on the implementation of the program, and
h. Carry out administrative tasks in the field

Duties and responsibilities of the Departement of Technical;
* Coordinate the preparation of plans of maintenance and repair, rehabilitation, improvement, construction of water resource infrastructure, electricity infrastructure and other facilitation
* Develop conservation plan and control the destructive force of water
* Develop action plans guide emergency disaster relief
* Provide technical guidance of implementation of maintenance
* Prepare reports on the results of the program
