MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BUREAU

Management System Bureau is representing one of the direct Bureau who responsible to Technique Director which by ex officio as Management Representative.

Management System Bureau having a duty which coordinated to arrange and control company in the case of quality.

In executing its duties as mentioned before, 2 (two) department helped the Head of Management System Bureau who lead by structural functionary officer e.q:





1. Department of Controller Management System, assisting the head of Management System Bureau in the case of executing operation of execution of system management of passing applying monitoring and conservancy of management system as according to conditions and evaluate applying effectivity and system development of management system of in order to have continuation repairing.

2. Department of Information, assisting Head of Management System Bureau to plan system development of IT, preparation of IT materials, evaluating the implementation of company IT, electronic data processing and also management of library.

Total amount of personnel in Management System Bureau are 12 persons


The Growing-up of Management System in PJT II

In 1998 Jasa Tirta II Public Corporation take the strategic action with adopting Quality Guarantee System according to ISO 9001: 1994 standard and in In February 2001 PJT II obtain Certificate of ISO 9001 : 1994.

In the year 2002 have been done by up grading of ISO 9001 : 1994 becoming ISO 9001 : 2000 and have obtained certificate in August 2002

Scope of Certification is : ready of raw water to industry and District Company of Drinking Water and also power supply to National Electricity Company

Work unit which included in scope of certification is : Head Office, Division I, II, III, IV and Hydro Power Station 

To specify unity of company and direction target, beside specify Vision and Mission of PJT II, also specify Policy of Quality pursuant to letter of decision from Board Of Directors of PJT II No. 1/175/KPTS/2005, sounding

“ Jasa Tirta II Public Corporation commit ever improve the quality of management of company pass applying of Quality Management System of ISO 9001 : 2000 consistently ”


Due to PJT II have adopted QMS hence having obligation and require identifying processes related to applying of QMS

Up to in this time PJT II have had 60 of Quality System Document, that is

Quality Manual  :   1
Operational Procedure (PTL)  : 15
Quality Plan (RMO)  :   5
Technical Guidance (PT)  : 15
Work Instruction (PP)  : 24
Amount  60

For the effective applying of QMS, organization have to reach according to maximum to conditions for example passing - periodical QMS review - certainty as according to requirement - certainty of sufficiency of documentation


The Growing-up of information in PJT II

In the effort improving company performance in Database Management area of System (DBMS) Quality Management Bureau conducting the following steps :

- Development of website from static become dynamic.
- Plan of Integrated management of data in with application of Document Filling.
- Plan of Integrated system between unit works to web basic.
- Management of library by computerized.
- Management of document by computerized.
