Conduct company household, maintenance, procurement of goods & services, inventory, filling, equipment and security
1. Delivering the proposed Long-Therm Plan and Company Work Plan Budget
2. Implement development and implementation of inventory, warehousing and archiving
3. Provide recommendations for implementation of the concession asset status
4. Preparing materials for the process of capital investment in the country
5. Implementing of company houshold
6. Carry out maintenance of vehicles, office equipment and large equipment building at the Head Office environment
7. Carry out procurement of goods and services
8. Implementing coaching in terms of procurement of goods and services
9. Storage and distribution of goods
10. Conducting safeguarding corporate assets
11. Implement the company work environment safety
12. Carry out reporting activities as field duty
