BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UNIT

Business Development Unit has the task of coaching, business and partnership.

Development of business unit has function :
a. prepare materials proposed work plan and budget;
b. develop procedures for business development;
c. perform calculations and negotiations over the value of the benefits of water services, electricity, land, tourism, laboratories, and other large equipment;
d. preparing the proposed establishment of the value of benefits / tariffs for water, electricity, land, tourism, laboratories, equipment and other large;
e. arrange licensing materials, concepts and recommendations relating to the approval of the principle of exploitation;
f. convey licensing, concepts and recommendations as a material process of business engagement;
g. prepare and evaluate production data, and
h. implement monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Business Development Unit consists of:
a. Sub Unit of Business Structuring;
b. Sub Unit of Business Control.

Sub Unit of Business Structuring has the function:
a. prepare materials proposed work plan and budget;
b. develop governance / enterprise guidelines and partnerships;
c. conducting negotiations over the value of the benefits of water services, electricity, land, tourism, laboratories, and other large equipment;
d. preparing the proposed establishment of the value of benefits / services of water tariff, electricity, land, tourism, laboratories, and other large equipment;

Sub Unit of Business Control has the following functions:
a. prepare materials proposed work plan and budget;
b. preparing licensing materials, concepts and recommendations relating to the approval of the principle of exploitation;
c. prepare and evaluate data on the production and marketing;
d. implement monitoring, evaluation and reporting, and
e. prepare and submit reports.
