BUREAU OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Bureau of Human Resources is one of the Bureau which is responsible directly to the Director of Administration & Finance
Bureau of Human Resources has the authority to conduct planning, procurement, construction, development, education & training, welfare, health & safety personnel, and administrative personnel
In carrying out his duties as mentioned above, the Human Resources Bureau Chief in charge of 4 (four) sections led by the Head of the structural level, namely:
1. Departement of Planning and Development Personnel, who have the authority in formulating proposals for organizational and personnel rules, employee needs analysis, education and training needs analysis, procurement plan, placement, education, training, development, appointment of office employees and / or placement.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Planning and Development Departement:
- Develop a work plan and budget proposal
- Develop Company Organization and Personnel Regulations
- Develop Formation, procurement plan, debriefing and the development employee
- Arrange placement of employees in coordination with the Personnel Administration Section
- Develop study making the appointment of office and / or placement
- Analysing education and training needs
- Develop education and training program implementation
- Implement employee development
- Evaluate the organization, regulatory personnel, post-education and training, post-placement job
2. Departement of Administration & Welfare Personnel, who have the authority in carrying out personnel administration, coaching rank, regular salary, the family mutation, the proposed awards, disciplinary actions, maintenance of employee data and documents.
Duties and Responsibilities of Administration & Welfare Personnel Departement:
- Conducting personnel administration
- Carry out the administrative process for the proposed promotion and moving staff
- Develop proposal award employees
- Prepare guidance material and proposed employee disciplinary violations
- Develop and maintain personnel information system
- Compilations Conducting the assessment DP 3 and Merit System
- Implement evaluation and coaching personnel information
- Prepare payroll and emolumen
3. Departement of Polyclinic & Health and Safety, which has the authority in carrying out inspection, recommendations, guidance, supervision, health services and drugs and organizing efforts in the field of preventive, curative, promotive and rehabilitative and health administration.
Duties and Responsibilities Sections Polyclinic:
- Conducting medical examinations and treatment to employees and retirees
- Hold a public health service
- Provide recommendations referral to inpatient, outpatient, medical support, medical check ups, eye, dental prosthesis or a higher health facility for which can not be handled
- Carrying out health checks prior to employment, periodic and special
- Verify the receipt of inpatient treatment and in accordance with the existing road
- H & S and doctors conducting circumference in each Division
- Managing drug funds and health equipment
- Carrying out KIA activities, basic immunization, family planning services and minor Laboratory
- Proposed welfare needs, the means of salvation and Occupational Health
- Carry out safety and occupational health services
- Conduct the labor insurance
- Carry out physical fitness and spiritual guidance as well as safety
- Make DPD and submission to the Finance Bureau is known by the Bureau of Human Resources
