ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

LEGAL BASIS

1. Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1232/KMK. 013/1989 Jo. No. 316/KMK.016/1994 guidelines Business Development Economics weak and Cooperatives (PPEL & K) in the Department of Public Works No.. PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

Perum Jasa Tirta II has implemented a program in partnership with small businesses since 1992, in providing assistance and soft loans to small businesses. Perum Jasa Tirta II has provided loans to small businesses until April 15, 2009 were 1015 partners spread across the working area of ​​Perum Jasa Tirta II, are cumulative from 1992 until 15 November 2009 with the amount of funds disbursed Rp. 9,697,700,000.00.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT

Up to 15 April 2009 Perum Jasa Tirta II had executed grant to the Community Development Program Office masarakat around Perum Jasa Tirta II in 2009 reached Rp. 1,087,972,900.00 and state aid Cares Rp. 85,000,000.00, with the purpose for the creation of social equilibrium and to mobilize solidarity with the community, so as to create a climate conducive to the implementation of operational activities of the company.

Types of assistance Community Development Program:

1. Distribution of state-owned coach (Perum Jasa Tirta II) distributed in the form:
     - Help Victims of Natural Disasters
     - Assistance for Education and / or training, tuition assistance
       to the orphans / needy orphans around the company.
     - Support Development of public facilities and infrastructure
     - Help Support Worship
     - Medical Assistance
     - Help Preserve Nature.

2. Distribution of the realization of SOEs Care established by the Minister.
